Christmas Tree Excursion

Brett and I decided that we wanted to keep a family tradition of cutting down our own Christmas tree. So we packed up the kids and headed for the mountains. We were lucky it was a nice day, which made it very easy for us to find the perfect tree. Our idea of a perfect tree was one we could see from our car so we could keep the kids happy and warm and not have to carry out two kids and a tree. Everyone had a great time and can't wait to keep the tradition going. Do you think we have enough stuff for one day.

Here comes Santa and his Reindeer

This year we thought we would take Tyler to see Santa and his reindeer, we thought it might not be as crowded as the mall. The kids were having a great time and really did get to see real reindeer. Tyler was so excited to sit on Santa's lap which was a big change from the scared Tyler last year. She did great and couldn't wait to tell Santa that she wants the princess talking vanity, Santa won't have to guess what she wants this year, I hope Santa can find it.
Waiting patiently to go see Santa
